Le Cordon Bleu Sydney Graduations

Graduation - 28th July 2016

On July 28th 2016, we were pleased to welcome graduating students to Le Cordon Bleu's alumni community.

At an event held at the beautiful Doltone House in Sydney, students from the following programs were awarded their qualifications:

  • Diplôme de Cuisine
  • Diplôme de Pâtisserie
  • Grand Diplôme
  • Advanced Diploma

Bachelor of Business graduands, who will be formally graduating at a ceremony in Adelaide in August were also acknowledged for their achievements.

Guest speaker for the day was Raymond Lim, Owner and Head Chef of John Montagu, based in Sydney. Bernard graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney in 2010 and has been successfully running John Montagu since 2014. He is also opening another restaurant later this year and has ambitions for more! Raymond talked about the importance of having a mentor, which has been critical to his career success so far.

Graduation - 5th May 2016

On May 5th 2016, we were pleased to welcome graduating students to Le Cordon Bleu's alumni community.

At an event held at the beautiful Doltone House in Sydney, students from the following programs were awarded their qualifications:

  • Diplôme de Pâtisserie
  • Grand Diplôme
  • Advanced Diploma

Guest speaker for the event was Bernard Chu, Owner and Head Chef of Luxbite, based in Melbourne. Bernard graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Sydney in 2004 and together with his partner and fellow graduate Yen Yee are very prominent in the industry including guest chef appearances on Master Chef Australia. Both also actively support Le Cordon Bleu's placement program.

Graduation - 22nd October 2015

On October 22nd, we were pleased to welcome 122 graduating students to Le Cordon Bleu's alumni community.

At an event held at the Shangri-La Sydney, students from the following programs were awarded their qualifications:

  • Superior Cuisine
  • Superior Pâtisserie
  • Grand Diplôme
  • Advanced Diploma

Guest speaker for the evening was Konstantina Georgoulas, Director & Owner of Sweet Fantasy Cakes and graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2011. Konstantina graduated with a Grand Diplôme
