Amber, Dux of the year, has worked in one of Australia's finest restaurants, Rockpool Bar & Grill in Sydney, together with Ian are establishing 'Astonish-Patisserie, Tea & Coffee' to utilize what they have gained from Le Cordon Bleu and the food industry.
