After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu (Adelaide) in 2006, Christopher Schobel returned home to Maui in Hawaii, working as an Executive Chef before opening up his own restaurant in 2013; Fat Daddy’s Smokehouse.

Read the review of his restaurant as featured in the August 2015 issue of Mai No Ka Oi Magazine, where the article also mentions Christopher's work as one of the founding members of Growing Future Farmers, a program that provides grants to young people entering into farming.
