Le Cordon Bleu Sydney alumnus Gene Mok has been featured in the October 2015 edition of Singapore's Food & Travel magazine, showcasing his homemade yoghurt. 

Gene is owner and chef of Selfish Gene's Cafe, based in Singapore.
