Tawnya Bahr featured as Chef of the Month for June 2016

Congratulations to Sydney Alumna Tawnya Bahr, who has been featured as the Chef of the Month for ChefWorks, an international group who specialise in Chef's apparel. Each month, ChefWorks feature a different high profile chef.

Tawnya graduated in 2012 with a Diplôme de Cuisine and later enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu's Master of Gastronomic Tourism. She now runs her own business ventures including: 

Straight To The Source  providing  bespoke regional food tours for the hospitality industry, that reconnects chefs with both the soil and its produce and:

Tawnya Bahr Food Consulting  which focuses on menu development and ingredient sourcing. She is also the exec chef at Jungle Buddies Café.
