Gunawan, People's Choice Winner - Best Tart at Savour Patissier of the Year 2016

Gunawan, our Advanced Diploma of Hospitality (Pâtisserie) alumni who graduated from Adelaide campus in 2015 made his way to be in the Hall of Fame Savour Patissier of the Year 2016.

He made some creative & unique creations, namely Tom Yum Macarons, Polenta Eclairs, and Cendol Entremet (Cendol = Traditional Indonesian dessert with coconut, palm sugar, & pandan). The highlight is definitely his innovative Terrarium Tart that won the title of People's Choice Winner - Best Tart and made its way to be on the front cover of Savour Patissier of the Year 2016 recipe book!
