Le Cordon Bleu Sydney welcomes Paris alumna as guest speaker

It was a pleasure to welcome Konstantina Georgoulas as guest speaker at the recent Le Cordon Bleu Australia - Sydney Culinary Arts graduation. Konstantina spoke of how she fulfilled her dreams after purchasing a one-way ticket to Paris in 2010.

After graduating with a Grand Diplôme in 2011 she was among the top of her classes in both cuisine and pâtisserie.

Konstantina is Director and Owner of Sweet Fantasy Cakes, a multi-award winning European patisserie based in Bankstown, Sydney
